The worker portal
Through the portal you can track your employer contributions, current accrual under the Scheme and update your address and phone number.
How to access the worker portal
If you are already registered for the worker portal, you can log in(opens in a new window) using your email or Worker ID.
To protect your information, we have added multi-factor authentication to the worker portal. A security code will be sent to your mobile phone or email each time you log in to verify your identity.
You need a mobile phone number or email address registered with the Authority to log in. Please call us on 1800 517 158 if you need to update or add your contact details.
New users of the worker portal will need to register for online access. To register you will need to provide your:
- Worker ID (e.g. M123456)
- surname
- date of birth.
